Client — a supplier of e-liquids for electronic cigarettes in Ukraine.
Before starting cooperation, the client did not have a structured online advertising system — sales were mainly generated through personal contacts and local communication channels.
At the beginning, we tested promotion through Telegram channels, but frequent bans made it impossible to scale sales stably — so we decided to switch to a Telegram bot.
After implementing the bot, communication with clients became stable, and the sales process — automated and secure.
The main goal of the project was to build a systematic flow of new leads through the Telegram bot, ensuring a predictable model of sales generation.
