About the project

Fuel Market — a Telegram channel for selling online fuel vouchers across Ukraine.

The service allows customers to quickly purchase gasoline, diesel, or gas directly through Telegram — with online or pay-on-delivery options.

Before starting cooperation, the channel had minimal subscriber growth, and sales came mostly through word of mouth. There was no structured advertising, analytics, or performance tracking.

The main goal was to build a consistent flow of new subscribers and leads in Telegram, develop a recognizable Fuel Market brand, and strengthen trust among both retail and corporate customers.

  1. The project began with a deep analysis of the online fuel voucher market — studying competitors, the target audience, and user behavior patterns on Telegram.
  2. From the start, it was clear that Fuel Market’s key strengths were lower prices, simple ordering, and fast delivery — these became the foundation of our advertising strategy.
  3. We first launched Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) to test offers, messaging, and creative types. Within the first few days, we saw a strong response in leads, although the cost per subscriber was initially higher than planned.
  4. After several iterations and tests, we found optimal ad combinations that produced a steady flow of leads at the lowest cost.
  5. Next, we launched TikTok Ads, focusing on short native-style videos — featuring real customer reviews, purchase process demonstrations, and emotional triggers like “cheaper, faster, easier.”
  6. This significantly boosted performance — the cost per lead dropped, and Telegram channel traffic grew substantially.
  7. Telegram content was also optimized for conversion, featuring short offers, regular price updates, and strong visuals.
  8. As a result, we built a stable client acquisition system, where every new subscriber becomes a potential customer.
