About the project

RedFlag is a legal company that specializes in helping clients from Kazakhstan recover funds from brokerage and investment platforms.

The company approached us with a goal — to set up an efficient lead generation system through TikTok Ads, since previous traffic efforts were inconsistent and failed to deliver stable results.

The main objective was to generate a flow of qualified leads from users who lost money through fraudulent broker platforms and were seeking legal assistance.

All communication and content were conducted in Russian, targeting the Kazakhstani audience, where the topic of fund recovery is highly relevant and in demand.

  • Conducted an in-depth analysis of the Kazakhstani audience — identifying key pain points, common fraud schemes, and motivations for contacting lawyers
  • Developed a TikTok Ads strategy focused on trust, security, and legal expertise
  • All creatives were generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) — videos, voice-overs, and scripts fully tailored to the legal niche
  • All communication was conducted in Russian, adapted to the local specifics of Kazakhstan
  • At launch, traffic was directed to an external lead form integrated via Apix Drive, but testing revealed that TikTok’s built-in lead form delivered higher conversion and lower CPL
  • Optimized ad accounts and budgets — identified the most effective audience–creative combinations, which consistently generated leads within the target cost

  1. The collaboration began with market analysis of Kazakhstan’s legal niche — identifying that the most responsive audiences were people who had already lost money on brokers or investment platforms.
  2. The first stage included creating AI-based video creatives — generated with neural networks, voiced in Russian, simulating real lawyer consultations. This approach built trust while eliminating the need for live video production.
  3. Initially, traffic was routed through Apix Drive, where users filled out an external lead form. However, after reviewing the first results, it became clear that TikTok’s native lead form delivered significantly better performance (CPL dropped by over 30%).
  4. Following that, campaign optimization was performed — focusing on top-performing audiences and creatives, and strengthening the segment of users aged 25–45, who generated the highest volume of leads.
  5. As a result, after one month, the campaign achieved a stable outcome of 408 leads with a total budget of $1,400+, fully meeting the client’s KPIs.
