About the project

Tsarsky Dim is a modern countryside retreat complex surrounded by forest, designed for comfortable getaways with friends, families, and small private events.

The venue can host celebrations, birthdays, and intimate weddings for up to 25 guests.

Before starting cooperation, the client promoted the project only through Instagram and word of mouth, which did not ensure a stable flow of bookings.

The main goal was to build a consistent client acquisition system through advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, ensuring the complex remained fully booked throughout the year.

The collaboration began with Facebook Ads, used to test demand and gather initial insights. Later, we added TikTok Ads, which brought a stronger flow of leads and significantly reduced the cost per lead.

As a result, we created a steady stream of bookings, including requests for events and small weddings, maintaining a high occupancy rate even during off-season months.

  1. The cooperation began with an in-depth analysis of the leisure and hospitality market in Poland, particularly in the Warsaw area.
  2. The majority of clients were Ukrainians who had moved to Poland or had been living there long-term, looking for a comfortable weekend getaway.
  3. The first stage involved launching Facebook and Instagram campaigns to test demand and gather insights on audience behavior.
  4. After several iterations, we identified the best-performing combinations of creatives, audiences, and formats that produced the lowest cost per lead.
  5. Next, we scaled up using TikTok Ads, which brought an even greater number of leads through native and emotional videos that conveyed the complex’s atmosphere — nature, hot tubs, sauna, and signature dishes.
  6. Since the main audience was Ukrainian and Russian-speaking, all creatives were produced in both languages, which increased trust and improved conversion rates.
  7. Throughout the process, we continuously tested campaign configurations, optimizing for seasonality and user behavior.
  8. Eventually, we found the most effective ad account setup, which consistently generated a high volume of qualified leads at an optimal cost per result.
  9. Thanks to this comprehensive approach, Tsarsky Dim now has a fully functional client acquisition system that ensures stable bookings all year round.
