About the project

Modyst — a Ukrainian brand with its own production of military and tactical clothing made to order.

The production is based in Lutsk, with delivery across all regions of Ukraine via Nova Poshta, including Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odesa, and other areas.

The brand operates both in retail and wholesale, offering high-quality functional apparel for military personnel, volunteers, and tactical gear enthusiasts.

Before cooperation, sales came mainly from organic inquiries and returning customers, without a structured advertising system.

The goal of the collaboration was to build a stable customer acquisition system through Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to increase sales and brand awareness across Ukraine.

  1. The collaboration with Modyst began with building a complete advertising system from scratch, as the brand hadn’t used paid Meta Ads before.
  2. The team started with in-depth product and audience research, identifying the most in-demand clothing items and key decision-making factors.
  3. Next, a series of authentic photo and video creatives were produced, showing the manufacturing process, material quality, and final products. The main emphasis was on Ukrainian production and reliability, which helped establish trust and engagement.
  4. The initial campaign phase focused on testing ad formats — videos, banners, and carousels. The best-performing creatives were real production videos and ads highlighting fast delivery and custom orders.
  5. After analyzing performance data, the team scaled campaigns, splitting them into retail (for individual buyers) and wholesale (for stores and volunteer groups).
  6. Over two months, the ad system achieved a consistent sales flow, exceeding the client’s initial expectations.
  7. Meta Ads became the primary acquisition channel, delivering predictable revenue and high ad ROI.
