Before cooperation, the channel operated without systematic advertising or a predictable inflow of new subscribers.

The main goal was to set up a stable lead and subscriber acquisition system through Facebook and Instagram Ads, ensuring a regular flow of clients to the Telegram channel.

  1. The collaboration began with an in-depth analysis of the Polish sports supplement market and competitors operating in gray niches. It became clear that Russian-speaking users in Poland were the most responsive audience segment, actively using Telegram for purchases.
  2. The first stage focused on creating and testing AI-generated creatives — both video (with voice-overs) and static banners. The main goal was to find the optimal balance between performance and compliance with Meta Ads moderation rules.
  3. After the test campaigns, it was determined that banners with clear messaging and strong calls-to-action (“Order now,” “Join Telegram”) achieved the highest CTR and lowest lead cost.
  4. We then optimized campaigns to focus on high-performing audience segments (men aged 20–45, Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking users in Poland).
  5. Several creative styles were tested — informative, emotional, and neutral — and the final winning combination consistently delivered a daily stream of new leads.
  6. Thanks to ongoing analytics and optimization, the campaigns achieved 180+ leads over 2 months with a total budget of $700+, fully meeting the client’s KPIs.
